Alfies Holiday House

The holiday cottage is on a large block of 1600 sq. metres, enclosed by native gum trees and surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens.

The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed on top and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed on top plus a set of bunk beds.

The two main bedrooms, lounge room and kitchen have polished floorboards of Australian Oak.

The lounge room has an open fireplace which will mesmerize you on a cold winters night.

The kitchen is a gallery area only, (all cooking is done outside). It contains a fridge, microwave and sink with loads of cupboard space each side and long preparation benches.

- The cottage has a large bathroom/laundry.

- The front deck has a 6m x 1.5m outdoor table which is great for that early morning breakfas5t as the sun rises over the sea.

- The rear patio has all the facilities and more for the gourmet chef.

- The detached sleep-out contains 6 bedrooms, three have a double bed with a single bed on top. Three have a double bed with a single bed on top, plus a set of bunk beds.

- There is also another toilet and two showers.

- Pets acceptable, but not allowed in the house

- All you require are pillowcases, linen or sleeping bags and towels. Ample pillows and rugs are available. All beds have continental quilts.

- The property has amenities which encourage relaxation, entertainment and party time!
