| Alfies is situated in the beautiful coastal town of Port Vincent, approximately 200kms from Adelaide.
The holiday cottage is on a large block of 1600 sq. metres, enclosed by native gum trees and surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens.
The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed on top and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed on top plus a set of bunk beds.
The two main bedrooms, lounge room and kitchen have polished floorboards of Australian Oak.
The lounge room has an open fireplace which will mesmerize you on a cold winters night.
The kitchen has all the amenities required including a microwave.
The cottage has a large bathroom/laundry
The detached sleepout contains 5 bedrooms:
Three have a double bed with a single bed on top
Two have a double bed with a single
bed on top plus a set of bunks

Pets acceptable, but not allowed in the house
All you require are pillowcases, linen or sleeping bags and towels. Ample pillows and rugs are available. All beds
have continental quilts.
