  • Outdoor kitchen facilities under rear patio including oven, microwave, hot plates, double sink, fridge and preparation area
  • Wood fired Pizza oven
  • Rear patio enclosed with bistro blinds
  • Stereo system covering front and rear of house
  • Barbecue undercover for those rainy days
  • Wood fired combustion heater to keep the chill away
  • Large communal table 4 metres x 1.8 metres which will comfortably seat 16 people
  • Two outside TV's with DVD facilities
  • Commercial two burner wok
  • Outside shower to wash the salt and sand off after a day at the beach
  • Coolroom 6 x 4 available for hire @ $10/day
